Thanks to drhouseforum for this inHouse iPhone App about the special effects and prosthetics makeup during the slave ship teaser of the episode.  Dalia Dokter, the special effects makeup department head on "House".  She discusses how she did the small pox rashes and how she did the makeup for the cancer patient who is just a kid.  This is really interesting and amazing how they have been really putting time into these teasers which are just less than 5 minutes or so in the course of the whole show.  Bravo to Ms. Dalia Dokter!
