Spoiler TV and drhouse-forum.de has these additional promotional photos for "House" Season 7 Episode 4 entitled "Massage Therapy" which airs on Oct. 11, Monday night, on FOX.  Check out what seems to me a happy dining family(House, Cuddy, and Rachel)... Aren't they cute?  Another photo: there is joy on House's face.  Can't wait to see that either.  Seeing House happy makes all of us happy too.
