Here are the sneak previews from MsHousefan of the April 19's episode entitled "Knight Fall". Oh, and the community where our Knight stays are complete with Medieval costumes. This looks good and I hope the patient's case is as mind-wrecking as the others we've had before. I love the encounter between House and Sam Carr. Of course, House did dress nude purposely for Sam Carr. He certainly would do anything to break Wilson and his ex.
