Here is what I've researched on the "House" 7th season's first episode or the season premiere this year so read on . . .

From House Wiki, the "Thunder Roadtrip"'s synopsis goes:

Thunder Roadtrip is the first episode of the seventh season of House. It is set to air September 20, 2010. After admitting their deep attraction for each other, both House and Cuddy try to get away from the pressures of the hospital by spending some vacation time together at the beach. Remarkably, they both start feeling far less miserable than either of them has felt in years. However, when secrets from both of their pasts come to light, it threatens their nascent relationship.

What could be those secrets from the past?  This is getting interesting everyday!  Can't wait to watch "Thunder Roadtrip".
